Chihuahua (short coat) : : Female (spayed) : : Small
Polly was found on the street, in a box, with 3 other Chihuahuas of all different ages. It is clear Polly has had a sheltered past, as the first few weeks in her foster home were difficult for her. She was easily spooked and had a difficult time bonding. Polly has come a long way during her time in a loving Paw Placement foster home. She loves to cuddle with her human. She is tolerant of other dogs, but generally prefers to keep to herself. She is learning to walk on a leash, and gaining confidence every day. Her forever family should expect to keep working with her on socialization in order to continue to build her confidence in the world around her. Polly would do well in a quiet home where she can be a lapdog. Polly is crate and house trained in her foster home. If you are interested in adopting, please complete an adoption application.
