Phoebe’s human mother died recently and none of the family could take her because they live out of state and thought it best to let Paw Placement find her a loving home.   

Phoebe is very sweet.  She would do best in a quiet home with someone who understands the big change in her life and the patience to let her get used to a new mom or dad.
