Frankie is a cat who loves humans and will go out of his way to seek special attention. He loves being brushed and will welcome all attempts to spoil him rotten. Right now, Frankie is a little frightened in the Center - he has lost what he thought was his forever home and is now hoping that his final forever home is only a short wait away.
