Daphne is a petite girl who has been severly malnourished. Although she was somewhat of a skeleton when we saw her at the AC&C, her beautiful brindle coat, sleek greyhound body and gentle eyes revealed that a dog full of love existed within Daphne. The day Paw Placement found Daphne was not a day we entered the AC&C to get a dog - we were there to get kittens only. But one volunteer saw Daphne's floppy ears and sad state of existence and knew she wasn't leaving the pound without her., Now Daphne is safe in the care of Paw Placement and is being boarded at Rancho del Sur where she plays with the other Paw Placement dogs day in and day out. Daphne is now full of happiness and joy. She use to be hesitant around dogs and now she welcomes their presence. Daphne's ideal home would be where she has a big back yard to run and play in. Her new owners would take her on daily walks and trips to the dog park for socialization. Daphne will never be starved for love again! More about DaphneGood with Dogs
