Phoebe came to Paw Placement from Animal Care & Control. She was not up for adoption to the general public due to the fact that she had bitten someone. She sat in the back of her kennel violently shaking with fear and praying for a rescue organization to save her. See Phoebe broke the golden rule....never bite the hand that feeds you. Well Phoebe never meant to do it, she was starving and ravishly tried gulp up the food....that was obviously attached to the hand. Phoebe is now in a foster home with other dogs and cats. Even though Phoebe is the sweetest, happiest little girl....she CANNOT go to a home where the children are less than the age of 13. Phoebe is now wagging her tail and following her foster mom from room to room. She is very sweet and will give gentle little kisses whenever she can. Because Phoebe is still a puppy she will need all of the basic training, structure, and trips to the doggie park for constant doggie socialization to keep her happy and healthy.
