Brown Tabby

Fleck is a very handsome young guy. He is a dark brown tabby with white feet & chin & a small ?Fleck? of white on his right hip. He looks like he was helping someone with his or her painting & accidentally got a wisp of paint on his derriere. Fleck is short for ?Flecken? which means SPOT in German. He knows his name, so his future family needs to patiently switch him over to another name if they change his name., Fleck gets along GREAT with other cats & ignores the dogs. He loves to wrestle with his foster brothers ? he is a bit rough in his wrestling, so his foster sisters generally head the other way if they sense he wants to wrestle. His favorite wrestling partners are Buzz & Shadow (just in case you want more than 1 kitty!), He has a very regal bearing. He thinks he is The King of The Foster Kitten Room. He looks so gorgeous when he reclines by the water bowl & watches the ?mere children? acting like fools. This will last a few minutes until he decides which one of them he will attack for a serious bout of kitten playing. Fleck is not a real ?cuddle? kitten. He prefers to play & be regal or watch the birds. When HE decides the time is right, he?ll come & lean on his human. If he is feeling especially generous, he?ll even spend some serious loving time on your lap. This may be because he has to share his foster mom with 9 other kittens & 4 of them are positive LAP HOGS & leave little space for other kittens. Fleck, being a smart kitten, makes smart use of his time, if the lap is full, he?ll play with his toys. He is a VERY SMART kitty & knows what ?Dinnertime? ?Let?s eat? & ?Bedtime? all mean. , Fleck likes to announce when he is going to use the litter pan. Maybe this is to warn the other kittens that they can darned well wait or use the other pan, because THIS PAN is his for his regal duties. Or maybe it is so we?ll all stop & wait for him to finish before carrying on with our cat games or whatever. Fleck is such a special guy, he?s worth the wait!
