Brown Tabby
Tabitha has the most brilliant emerald-green eyes we've ever seen on any cat - her photo doesn't do them justice! But if you look even closer, you'll find a brilliantly sweet, gentle personality in this great girl. A Paw Placement volunteer found Tabitha when she was probably not far from starvation. She was emaciated and lactating, but her kittens were nowhere to be found. Fortunately, Tabitha doesn't have to be all alone in this world anymore. We've promised to find her the perfect home- for Tabitha, that would include a family who cares about her unconditionally and who promises to keep her safe for the rest of her life. Tabitha has spent the past few weeks in a foster setting, and has done surprisingly well with the resident feline. Therefore, we think she would get along with another gentle kitty as long as gradual introduction was used. She also gets along well with the resident dog and might enjoy a docile canine companion with good kitty manners. However, older children (age 12 and up), if any, are best for Tabitha. She doesn't like quick movements or being snuck-up on (who does?). In a quiet home where she trusts her humans, she'll open right up. Tabitha would love to play with you in the afternoons, then curl up with you at the end of the day. Please consider giving Tabitha the security of a forever-home!
