Carlita is a sweet girl. I was driving home from work (I work across from the pound) and there she was, running down the street with a collar and leash on. It was reported to me that most likely her owners tried to turn her in to the pound but could not afford the 20 dollar turn in fee so they let her loose. She had some sort of skin issue, but tested negative for everything and vet said most likely allergies. She is a sweetie, approx 2 yrs old, border collie, 40 pounds.
