Retriever/Lab Mix

Penelpoe is a four month old lab mix puppy that was found out wandering around a school. Despite a week of exhaustive attempts to locate her owners none were to be found. This sweet girl is fine with friendly dogs, cats, and children. She is house trained with a doggy door. She loves to play and then she is out like a light! This is a growing puppy who loves to be around all people. She is very gentle and has been around young children. She sleeps in her crate at night and curls up with you for day time naps! She was just spayed on 12/18 so she is on restricted activity; this, however, is fine with her as she is a good little sleeper! I expect that potential adopters should be prepared to have a large but gentle giant as a family member. Penelope will be a big girl when full grown. She has a sweet nature and a very gentle soul. She is currently in foster with other dogs from 7 weeks to 15 years old and is everyone's friend. The cats pretty much ignore her as she does them. She is one of the gentlest puppies I have had is and very smart too... she had the dog door down in one night! She loves to play outside but she does want to be out with another dog or you! Please be willing to work with a puppy and be ready for the gentle giant one day soon!
