Vicki was first noticed in the back of a truck at a Circle K. When the truck left, the driver left Vicki behind, a baby to fend for herself. Luckily a kind Samaritan saw her and brought her to safety. Vicki's Good Samaritan is allergic to animals, so Paw Placement took her in. She is a very sweet puppy.
