Unknown breed / mixed (short coat) : : Female : : Senior : : Large Sharpei/Lab mix
Lacey's looks and personality sometimes remind us of Scooby Doo. She's happy and affectionate, has loads of personality, and is definitely a people dog. She will bond quickly with her new special person! We think she is a Lab-Shepherd-Sharpei mix. She needs to be an only dog, or in a home with a strong male dog. Her owner should be willing to make a commitment to basic obedience training. She is house-broken, and like all of our dogs, she's up-to-date on shots and spayed. Lacey is a very friendly girl who loves to give sloppy kisses, but she doesn't jump on people. She's still a bit puppyish and playful. Lacey has a short, liver/brown coat, four white "socks," and lovely amber eyes. She's a happy, healthy girl with a good appetite (loves to chew on rawhide bones!). Lacey needs a yard and lots of loving. She'll follow you around wherever you go, and will bond very quickly to her new person. She has not been crate-trained, but is fine on a leash, and just had her rabies booster (won't need another for 3 years). She gets anxious if alone, so a person who's home for most of the day would be ideal. Given her size, Lacey will do better with older children than with little ones.
