Domestic Short Hair (short coat) : : Male : : Senior Brown & White Tabby
Meet Taz! He (on the right) and his sister, Cosmo (left), are seeking a new forever-home because their current mom is having twins. Although she's quite sad to give them up, she wants them to find the best possible home. Here's what she has to say about Taz: "He adjusts to changing environments very well as well as new routines. For example, he loved it when we introduced the auto litter box and water cooler drinking system. Taz is a very laid back cat in nature. Great with kids/dog/people, very sociable and cuddly. Doesn?t mind Alex, our Chow mix much at all. Sleeps with me every night, and in some respects, is like having a small dog around. Taz has only escaped outside one time and was very timid at exploring. Taz seems to have a slight digestive problem. Food: _ cup am and pm. Science Diet or Allergen Free Food seems to be the BEST food for him. Would suggest a dental check up every few years as he tends to eat his food quickly and get tarter buildup. We have issues with him eating so fast and then throwing up his food afterwards sometimes right away but usually after several hours. Ideal situation for their new home would be if both cats could find a quiet, steady environment together. They have spent their entire lives together and being that Cosmo doesn?t handle change as well (nerves/skittish), finding a home with her brother would probably make her much more comfortable. Strictly Indoor PLEASE! These two are a great pair and the next owner will truly enjoy them, especially if they like to have pets to snuggle. Cosmo has been known to come up to Taz and sniff and clean his face/ears. They are cute together and very rarely get on each others nerves. Of course, when they do it is quite comical!"
