Hello, my name is Jaimie Seager and I desperately need to find my cat Sam a new home. I got my Sam in 1998 when I was single and he was just a kitten. He has been the most loving cat to me, but he is shy and has never warmed up to anyone else in my life. Whenever I have lived with someone else, including my sister and then my husband, my cat has marked his territory. Now my husband and I are getting a divorce and he is going to Kuwait to work for a government contractor for two years. Meanwhile, I am moving in with my sister-in-law in Hawaii for several years to help her with her kids while my brother serves the army in Iraq. There is no way that either or my husband or I can keep our cat. My sister-in-law will not have him in her house because he marks his territory. Hawaii has very strict policies about bringing animals onto the islands anyway. I have to find him a good home fast. There is no way that I can just drop him off at the pound. I've been to there and it's a horrible place. So I am really hoping to find someplace decent or someone to take my cat Sam before my husband and I both leave the state in a little less than 30 days.
