Tippy was rescued just in time to celebrate New Year's Eve in his new foster home. This little guy is remarkably quiet & calm for a small dog and has easily fit in with the current dogs there. He has found his favorite perch on the back of the couch & happily naps while the family watches TV. He is sure to add tons of love & enjoyment to his forever home. Due to his small size, he will probably prefer a home with adults. Please be sure you are ready to commit to many years of fun & companionship when you apply for this little guy!
