Nothing like rising from the ashes of one destroyed city and finding a new life in another. Phoenix came to us from New Orleans. He was born to one of the many kitties left homeless when Hurricane Katrina devasted New Orleans. Paw Placement hopes to allevite some of that devastation by uniting with other rescue groups to stop animal homelessness nationwide. Phoenix's little face reminds us all why animal rescue is such an important thing to do. Adopting a rescued animal is even more important - adopters are the exclamation point in the stories of success for our cats and dogs. Come make a statement!
