It was 107 degrees on a hot afternoon when a Paw Placement volunteer noticed a very hot kitten being given away...for free...in front of Petsmart. An investigation revealed that 3 kittens had already been given away with no shots and not one spayed or neutered...but, the nice man says....he cleaned their ears. What he does not realize is that clean ears have nothing to do with more and more cats and kittens dying due to overpopulation. He seemed quite ignorant of the fact and refused an offer of a free spay for his cat....insanity strikes yet again. At any rate this little guy was taken by the volunteer and taken right to a vet as he was hot, tired, tiny and he had never been screened for kitty diseases or had any shots. He was pronounced healthy but in need of good kitty food as his little fur was rather dry. A week later and what a change...tiny Prince Phillip is an absolute joy...he loves to be held, loves to play, and loves his little kitty house....he thinks it is a castle! Please make sure you are ready for a long term commitment through all of life changes as this tiny prince wants a fairy tale ending to his story. This is a very tiny kitten so all in the home must be able to handle him with gentle hands.
