Little CeCe had a terrible start to life. She was being held up for donations at a freeway on ramp when her guardian angel, a PawPlacement volunteer, intervened. A lady desperate for money gladly took $3 for this little baby and thus began a new chapter for Cece. She blossomed in a home with dogs and cats to play with and people to love her. She welcomed regular meals, a safe place to sleep, and kitty toys and is now ready to find her very own forever home. Cece is a little princess and she wants to be safe the rest of her life....no more scary times! Cece loves dogs and is a fearless little one so she will be depending on her new parent(s) to keep her safe. Little CeCe was adopted a year ago but was returned when her human parents got divorced. Children are not the only victims in a relationship when it ends. Paw Placement hopes to find a human who will love her no matter what changes occur in life.
