Basenji

Vinnie is a little bundle of energy. He is in foster with four other dogs and gets along fine with all dogs big and small. He would probably do best with another dog that likes to run and play. Older children would be fine as he is a smaller dog and he would not fare well with young ones falling on him. Vinnie is a loving little guy once he knows he is safe as when first meeting new people he can be a bit timid. He just needs to know that he is safe and loved and then he is ready to play. He is a sweet little guy that would do best in a home where he could run and play as he has energy and needs to be able to play! He is housebroken with a doggy door. Please remember that Vinnie has already had to fend for himself on the streets once in his life and he never wants to be homeless again! He is a young dog and needs a home for the next 15 plus years!
