Picasso was found in an abandoned apartment with six other cats. His building was scheduled to be demolished and Picasso's former owners cleared all of their belongings out of the apartment, but left the cats behind. By the time we arrived, the kitties were hungry, cold and scared. Little Picasso was so confused - he raced around the empty apartment terrified of the strange people who were in his home. But once we got him in the carrier, he settled right down. While Picasso is still shy in nature, he is a very loving kitty cat. He will do well in a quiet home and wouldn't mind sharing space with another friendly feline or canine companion. Picasso is a gentle little kitty and petting him on the head causes him to erupt in a fit of purrs. Animal rescuers have shown Picasso that he is not disposable - now we need you to be his final rescuer!
