Piper is a 3 year old purebred Maltese. She was rescued form the back yard of a Mesa home, where she and 3 other dogs lived in total neglect. Poor Piper's beautiful coat was so matted and full of ticks she had to be totally shaved., Despite all the hardship she had to endure, Piper still loves people. Her favorite place to sit is on someone's lap. She is smart and very sweet. , She is used to small kids and gets along great with other dogs. Big dogs are not so much her thing however., Piper is current on all her shots, tested negative for tick fever and will be available for adoption after her spay.
