Chihuahua
Little Pika is a victim of foreclosure. She has been doted upon her whole life but when her human mom lost her home, so did she. Like most chihuahuas, Pika is very human-oriented and loves to be carried around whenever possible. She is truly a little baby in this regard. She is well-adjusted and while initially growly with other cats and dogs, ignores them after she has let them know she is Queen Bee! Pika is a true darling, she loves to lap sit and snuggle into the covers with you at night. Because of her diminuative size, we insist that Pika go to a home where all children are old enough to have impulse control. Little Pika is a chihuahua-lover's dream. She is house-broken, isn't a nervous dog and loves loves loves her belly rubbed. She gets very excited when she sees her leash and she is the belle of the ball when she goes for her daily walks - prancing ahead, just happy with life. However, be prepared -- this little dog was obviously indulged with table scraps in her former home. This refined queen becomes a pitiful beggar whenever you have food on your plate! |
