Scottish Terrier (Brindle)

Fiona was rescued from a Puppy Mill situation where she was used as a breeder dog. She has not had a lot of love in her life but she is not holding any grudges - she is as sweet as she can be! Fiona is a doll baby - and who can resist that face??? Fiona is a purebred Scottish Terrier with the coveted brindle pattern. She thoroughly enjoys the company of other canines but true to her terrier heritage, cannot be trusted around cats. To her, cats are squeak toys so its best she not share a home with them! Because Fiona is a Terrier, she has an elevated energy level. She likes to play and dance and hike and run. If you are looking for an active companion who is smart as a whip, then Fiona is your girl. She possesses all of the characteristics associated with her breed: She is loyal and sweetly fiesty - she will bond intensely with familiar humans but will be possessive of them around new people - she is playful and very intelligent. These dogs learn tricks quickly and seem to have an eery understanding of the english language. So, never say "vet" around little Fiona, you better spell it out. Fiona is crate-trained and leash trained but we are still working on house-training. Come see our little Scottish doll - she is one terrific terrier!!!
