Panda was found wandering around the industrial section of West Phoenix. To say this kitten was terrified is an understatement. The baby ran to humans which means that he was born in someone's house or yard and was handled. What we guess is that someone did not spay their female cat who gave birth. When the kittens were old enough to live on their own, they were dropped in another location. We see this all the time. Kittens left in boxes or thrown out of car windows. Little Panda was discovered by someone who loves animals. There was no sign of his brothers or sisters. So one little kitten was rescued off the hot streets of Phoenix that day. Panda is an affectionate fellow who will flourish in a quiet home setting. Because of his smaller size he will need to go to a place where all humans are old enough to have impulse control.
