She is a gentle little creature who will flourish in a quiet home where humans enjoy a dog who naps on laps. , Frannie came to us from Yuma where she was abandoned for who knows why. She was adopted in 2010 to a woman who adored her. Sadly, Frannie's owner recently passed away. We vow to find Frannie a home just as loving as her last one was., Frannie doesnt mind cats and appreciates other docile canines. But mostly, she wants to hang out with humans.
