Tino was found in a trash can - I guess the people who had him before took the word "Litter" literally. One of our volunteers was walking her dog. As the dog stopped to smell around the trash can, he started going crazy. Something was wrong with that trash can. The volunteer peered into it - she heard a whimper. It must have been well over 100 degrees in that trash can and the volunteer began shoveling through the refuse to discover a puppy. A chihuahua puppy. Well, Tino is trash no more! He is loved beyond belief and is one happy boy! Tino has a heart murmur and this will need to be monitored throughout his life.
