Daisy is a petite little girl. She was found as a stray, with a rope tied so tightly around her neck that it almost was bound in the skin. Clearly, someone had tied that rope when she was a puppy and never bothered to loosen it as Daisy grew. , Animal rescuers are always amazed at how homeless dogs "find" us. Daisy wandered up to the right person at the right time. It's almost as if she picked the animal rescuer out of all of the people in the area to trot up to, sit down in front of, and begin to pant. She was nothing but a rib cage and spinal column, she was so starved., Well that was it! After attempts to find Daisy's owner failed (big surprise!), Daisy became a part of Paw Placement's homeless dog network. She is a very sweet and active pup. And boy is she smart! She will need to go to a home where adopters are prepared to give loving and structured training. She responds immediately to training and is so willing to learn. She is in a home with other large, energetic dogs AND cats, and gets along with the whole bunch!, Daisy will make a wonderful family friend. She is so good and will not get very big. Please come meet her - she is a super-duper puppy dog.
