Little Sandy was found by the Phoenix Police hiding in a local park...cold, scared and it was obvious that she had puppies not too long ago. Was she dumped after she produced the puppies...were the puppies dumped somewhere else? Or had she just escaped from a yard. Many ways were tried to find her owners...but none were found and she had no microship or collar. Sandy is such a sweet, loving little dog. She loves to be held and be close to you.
