Poor little Tinsel was found wandering the streets of Yuma. Many people do not know that Yuma is home to many "backyard breeders" and the pet overpopulation problem is huge in Yuma. There are so many dogs in Yuma because of this....very few dogs get adopted at the HUmane Society there just because there are so many dogs in Yuma. That is why Paw Placement and many other Phoenix Rescues try to help as many dogs as we can in Yuma. Tinsel is a shy girl but once she knows she is safe with you she really comes out of her shell.
