Phoebe came to us after a volunteer found her outside, trying to fend for herself. When she walked right up to humans, they knew she was probably someone's cat who was carelessly dumped. , Phoebe loves everyone she meets and is a SWEET kitty who purrs her heart out the minute you pick her up. Our vet's office fell in love and so did we! Pheobe gets along great with other cats and we know she will make someone very happy!, Orphaned once, but never again for our sweet girl Phoebe.
