Pearl is another example of pet overpopulation. She was found as a stray and rescued by one of our volunteers. So many animals in parts of Phoenix are just found wondering the streets because people are not spaying and nuetering their pets. When they have puppies..they either set them free to the streets...take them out to the desert or give them to someone else who will be irresponsible. Pearl is an amazing dog.....she is a little shy at first... but she is a real love. A lapdog dog who is very submissive and gets along great with people and other dogs.
