Finnegan was found running the streets in a bad part of town. Attempts to locate his owners failed, so Paw Placement took him in and gave him the vet care and TLC he so desperately needed. Finnegan is crate and house trained in his foster home. He plays well with other dogs of all sizes. Finnegan enjoys walks, playing with his toys, chewing his bones, and cuddling with his humans.
