Phelps earned his name when, after watching his pittie foster brother jump in the pool, he followed right after him and began swimming laps. Phelps is a happy, outgoing, confident, playful and affectionate young pup. Phelps adores his large breed foster siblings, follows them around, plays with and cuddles with them. He is mastering his crate and house training in his foster home.
