Penelope was found at a horse ranch. Her sweet meow revealed her and she was rescued and lovingly fostered. , She is still a little shy, and would do best in a quiet home with older children. She has the cutest white paws and seems to like sharing the nursery with other kitties who are about her age. We think they've already told her that she's in good hands until we find her forever home. We already know that she likes feather toys and kitty treats. Welcome sweet girl!
