My name is Thea, and I am looking for my forever home. I was found by a nice lady in Kohls parking lot. I was still a tiny baby, starving, dehydrated and near death. I was taken to a vet, and against all odds recovered. The vet rehydrated me, and put me on antibiotics due to an infection in both eyes.
