Casper was dumped in an apartment complex.  He spent months going from door to door, begging to be allowed inside.  But no one would help him.  Finally when someone saw he was hurt, he had an abscess on his neck from a bite, he was taken in.  He got medical attention and his wound healed.

In spite of how he has been treated by humans, he still loves them.  He is the sweetest, cuddliest little boy we have seen in a long time.  He is very laid back and would do well with kids and other cats and dogs.
