Penelope is a tiny Chihuahua who was left in a box at the side of the road at only 4 weeks of age. Thankfully, some kind souls brought her to Paw Placement, and she was placed in a wonderful foster home where she has flourished.

Penelope is a tiny little girl, likely a teacup, who is extremely friendly and outgoing. She is cuddly, playful, affectionate and smart. As with all puppies, she'll require lots of training in her forever home including crate, house and potty training and, perhaps most importantly, lots of continued socialization.
