Bandit and her siblings Chip and Polka Dot were born inside. The owner was a hoarder and allowed Paw Placement to take mom and kittens to a loving foster home so they could get excellent care and attention.  

Bandit, with her black rimmed eyes looks like she is dressed to take down a bank.  But that is the furthest thing from her mind.  She would much rather be loving and cuddly.
