Polka Dot  and his siblings Chip and Bandit were born inside. The owner was a hoarder and allowed Paw Placement to take mom and kittens to a loving foster home so they could get excellent care and attention.  

Polka Dot was adopted as a kitten and was returned because he could not get along with the family dog.  Polka Dot must be in a home without a dog.  He will be fine with another cat as long as there is a proper introduction.
