Phoebe is a real sweetheart who was left outdoors.  We often don't know the circumstances that led to homelessness, but we do know these cats need our help.  

Phoebe has been a calm, gentle cat from day one and we think she would do well with a feline buddy.  She seems to take life with purrs and the knowledge that most people are kind to animals and she can feel safe and secure.
